Innovation is a topic that means many different things to many different people.  Our approach to Innovation starts with a focus on a Continuous Innovation Framework.  This framework is comprised of 5 pillars starting with setting strategy and goes through improving products or services.  This unique approach ensures that Innovation is sustainable through the organization and not just focused on up front product or service development.  Innovation should be an organizational goal and include everyone.  The Innovation C/3 process model guides a team through the entire Innovation process from defining a need through implementation.
