| | | | I have been involved in Operational Excellence for many years and have been focused on developing and delivering Lean Six Sigma classes, coaching, and consulting the past 6 years. Currently, I am working with Washburn University in Topeka Kansas to provide Operational Excellence training, consulting, and coaching.
What differentiates us from others is our unique approach applying Lean Six Sigma through a more detailed project management framework called DMAIC C/5. This 25 step process guides the project team through specific actions, tools, and thinking required to be successful. For more details on this process there is an article in the Articles Section.
This DMAIC C/5 process has been taught to thousands of people in over 50 companies and has been proven to provide the process, tools, and knowledge to help ensure project goals are met.
This DMAIC C/5 process was recently published in a book that I was privileged to be a contributing author to called: Next Level Supply Management Excellence.
