Alyson Von Feldt

Alyson has worked on organizational designs in both the profit and non-project sectors for such enterprises as Colgate-Palmolive, AT&T Capital, National Semiconductor, the Veterans’ Administration, MidAmerican Energy, Hallmark, BP, People to People, and the Cherokee Nation. She specializes in organizational design and is currently researching the relationship of culture to organizational alignment and performance. A published author, she also writes and customizes design materials for individual organizations. She has a master’s in organizational behavior.

Doug Von Feldt

Doug has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, and retail and is currently the Director of Continuous Improvement at CBI (Payless ShoeSource). Previous to that he held senior positions as IT Director at O’Sullivan Industries and was the assistant GM and CIO for Earp Distribution where he was responsible for the day to day operations of the company. He has led hundreds of IT and Process Improvement/Six Sigma projects in over 15 countries throughout his career.
Mr. Von Feldt holds a BA in Computer Information Systems from Washburn University. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). He also completed the Phillip Crosby Quality College course and is a senior member of the American Society of Quality. He is a contributing author to the book "Next Level Supply Management Excellence: Your Straight to the Bottom Line® Roadmap" (J. Ross Publishing).
